Service Description

Are you nervous about going to a public class, or interested in yoga but don't know where to start? Do you have a specific goal in mind such as targeted exercise for injury or toning for the body? This private yoga class is just the right thing for you! We'll have a chat at the start of our first session to understand your needs and goals, and I will create a tailored class for you. *Due to Covid-19 these sessions are online. I only offer face to face classes if you are based in Kidbrooke. If you do please email me and let me know where you live and I can bring the session to your place.
