Service Description

*Suitable for babies from newborn to pre-crawling (around 8 months). Please bring your own yoga mat, a blanket and a toy for your baby. * This is a half an hour taster of the 4-week series held at Macaroni Penguin Kidbrooke (Wed 11:30am). These are a series of yoga classes that help with postnatal recovery and create space for an hour of calm, you'll also bond with your baby through singing, baby yoga and movements with your baby. Babies are free to feed, nap, or crawl around. Dads are welcome too!
